Acetaia GranDuca was born in 1939 as a small boutique: parchment labels on elegant bottles of homemade vinegar, were given to friends and neighbors as a small gift during the holidays.
We have always been convinced that quality must remain first in any case, because a good condiment can transform a simple dish into a unique and precious moment.
The grapes used come exclusively from Reggio Emilia and Modena.
